Whenever a kid complains about going to school, just show them this!

Children in other countries have to travel long, dangerous routes in order to get to school.

Education is a topic I can rant about all day. Not necessarily complain, but just rant. There is just so much that is wrong with our education system, but there is also so much that is right. The fact that students in America take that for granted is really sad. As a school teacher, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I have seen students tell me that they simply did not care to go to school, and did not care whether or not they even graduated. When children see these images, of students who risk their lives for an education that is not forced upon them, I hope they get a sense of appreciation.
